  • Student Accident Insurance

    Student Accident Insurance is available for purchase through AG
    Administrators.  To participate in the program, complete an application for
    the student and send it along with a check or money order payable to United
    State Fire Insurance Company at the address listed on the brochure.  If you
    have any questions regarding the policy or its interpretation, please
    contact J. Michael Fraser, CLU at (610) 670-9095.

  • Acceptable Use of Technology Parent Signoff Form

    All Parents/Guardiand of students are required to signoff upon receipt of policy 815.
    This form must be completed returned to the building office.

  • ConnectEd Opt In Request

    The Connect-ED service has been closely integrated into the district Human Resources and Student Information databases. As a result of this, there are classifications of individuals who work for the district but are not included in the nightly upload. Connect-ED will allow us to send notice of cancellations, delays, or important district information to staff that do not fall under the current system.

    Use the following form to request inclusion in the Connect-ED service.

  • Local Service Tax Exemption Application

    by
    Effective January, 2008 an exemption is available from the Local
    Service Tax (formerly OPT) to employees whose total earned income and net
    profits from all sources within the political subdivision is less than
    $12,000. An application must be completed and filed with and approved
    by the Township and the School District in order to be exempt from the
    tax.
