Enroll or Request Student Records

How to Enroll or Unenroll Students

Welcome! We’re so glad to have your family join ours in the Exeter Township School District! 

If you wish to enroll a student, please follow the directions below. Please note that all kindergarten students must be 5 years old by September 1st of the fall they enter school. Kindergarten registration opens annually on February 1st; we encourage all families to register their children early so that we can communicate important dates and meetings to you.

If you have a child already enrolled in an Exeter school, please follow these steps:

  • Log into Skyward. (Please know that the primary parent must log in. If you do not see the next step, please have the other parent log into Skyward.)
  • On the upper left hand side of the page, please click on "New Student Online Enrollment."
  • Please make sure you have all required registration documents ready to upload before you begin the online registration process.  
  • Complete the online registration. 
     

 

If you do NOT have a child enrolled in an Exeter school, please follow these steps:

  • Request access for a new account in Skyward. 
  • After creating your account, you will receive an automated email with your login information and instructions to register your child.
  • Please make sure you have all required registration documents ready to upload before you begin the online registration process.  
  • Complete the online registration. 

If you are moving outside of the district or would like to request your child's educational records to enroll him or her in another school district, please contact the school that your child last attended.

If you are moving to another school within the district, please complete a Residence Change Form. Please accompany this form with updated proofs of residence. Please submit these forms to the school your child currently attends.

Enrollment Documents & Vaccine Requirements

  • The following documents are required to enroll in the Exeter Township School District:

    • Proof of Age
      One of the following required:
      • Birth certificate
      • Passport or Visa
         
    • Immunizations
      One of the following required:
      • Immunization records (if downloading from the Tower Health App, please go to the Preventative Care Screen, Health Summary and click on the printer icon at the top. This will ensure your child's full name and date of birth appear on the printout).
         
    • Proof of Residency
      Two required; lease or deed preferred:
      • Property deed
      • Current mortgage statement or property tax bill
      • Settlement sheet
      • Current lease agreement
      • Current utility bill
      • Current insurance bill or statement
      • Post office street change form with confirmation number
      • Recent paystub with address
      • Current bill or receipt with address
         
    • Optional documents
      ​​​​​​​Not required, but encouraged:
      • Parent/guardian driver's license or photo ID
      • Custody paperwork
      • Court documentation
         
    • Optional Forms
      ​​​​​​​These forms are only required if they apply to your situation. Please also visit our Health Services and Transportation Department pages for any additional forms you may need.

  • Per Pennsylvania law, vaccinations are required for children to attend school. Student immunizations should be current for their grade as of the first day of school. Please know that students may be excluded from school if they do not meet the vaccination requirements for their grade or if there is an outbreak of a vaccine-preventable disease and your child is exempt from vaccination. Written proof of immunizations is required, which can be one of the following:

    • Medical baby book that your child's doctor completed at the time of immunizations.
    • A written list of immunizations and dates which the doctor’s office has provided on his/her letterhead.
    • A physical examination form with the dates of immunizations listed.

    Kindergarten – Grade 6

     
    VACCINATION DOSES
    Diptheria, Tetanus & Pertussis 4 doses (one dose must be on or after the 4th birthday)
    Polio 

    4 doses (4th dose on or after the 4th birthday and at least 6 months after the previous given dose)
    Measles, Mumps & Rubella 

    2 doses
    Hepatitis B 

    3 doses
    Varicella 

    2 doses of varicella vaccine or evidence of immunity

     

     

    7th Grade Entry
    All previously-required vaccinations, plus:

     
    VACCINATION DOSES
    Diptheria, Tetanus & Pertussis 1 dose
    Meningococcal

    1 dose

     

     

    12th Grade Entry
    All previously-required vaccinations, plus:

     
    VACCINATION DOSES
    Meningococcal

    1 dose (given at 16+ years old)
