Exeter Township and St. Lawrence Borough residents select nine residents to represent them on the Exeter Township School District Board of Directors for a four-year term. These nine representatives, along with the administrative team, oversee the governance of the district and its daily functions. These include approving policies, personnel, budgets, curriculum and activities throughout the district.

The Board is composed of six committees, which include Athletics and Extracurricular Activities; Education; Facilities and Transportation; Finance; Personnel; and Policy.

With some exceptions due to holidays or elections, Committee of the Whole meetings take place on the first Tuesday of the month at 6PM (except July); voting meetings take place on the third Tuesday at of the month at 7PM. Meetings are typically held at the Exeter Township Lausch Administration Building. The public is encouraged to check the district calendar before the meeting for date, time or location changes.

The Board of Directors welcome all Exeter Township School District residents to these public meetings to stay involved with the district's operations and activities.
